One of the focal points of my work in the past decades has been the automotive industry. In particular, I represented companies in the Volkswagen Group in various disputes before civil courts as well as arbitration tribunals in Germany and abroad, and I am continuing this work at this time. The focus of his work was on sales disputes, but also on product liability, warranty and mass proceedings. I have also worked for various suppliers in the automotive industry. In this way, I was able to gather some industry knowledge and also gain in-depth knowledge of the underlying technology.
